Eligibility and Deadlines

To ensure you have health insurance for January 1, 2025, you will need to enroll by December 15, 2024. If you enroll during the 1st and 15th days of the month, your health coverage will begin the first day of January. If you enroll between the 16th and last day of the month, your coverage will not start until the first day of February. Furthermore, those who have faced certain “life events” such as losing job-based coverage within the last 60 days may be eligible for a special enrollment period.
