Gulfstream Insurance
“Gulfstream” was ordered liquidated by the Second Judicial Circuit Court in Leon County, Florida and your coverage will be canceled effective 12:01 a.m. on August 27, 2021.
- All policies with “Gulfstream” must be replaced, PRIOR to Friday, August 27, 2021.
- AWS is securing replacement policies for all of our clients. We will be contacting you shortly and sending you quotes soon thereafter.
- “Gulfstream” was an admitted carrier and, therefore, all claims are backed by the Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Association (LIGA), up to $500,000.
- Any unearned premium due to you by “Gulfstream” will be returned to you by LIGA as soon as they receive the necessary information from the FL Department of Financial Services.
