Liability Insurance for Businesses

When you own a business, it’s a big part of your life and livelihood. However, getting insurance for your business is not always the easiest thing to figure out on your own. General liability, often referred to as business liability insurance is coverage that can protect you from a variety of claims. These claims include bodily injury, property damage, personal injury, and others that can arise from your business operations.

General liability insurance quotes usually include:

  • Bodily injury and property damage liability
  • Personal and advertising injury
  • Medical payments
  • Products completed operations
  • Damage to premises rented to you

Insurance protects businesses from claims that the business was negligent in performing their professional services or failed to deliver their services. This type of insurance is unique in that it insures the actual services your business provides as opposed to other kinds of insurance that typically protect against more general risks. AWS takes the time to understand each company so that the policies we handpick will truly protect them. For example, if your business subcontracts some work to others, then our plans will cover the work of the contractors. Otherwise, you may be at risk if one of these contractors makes a mistake.

As a contractor or small business owner, it is necessary to have some form of business liability insurance to safeguard your livelihood. Various factors influence the cost of general liability insurance. AWS can help you determine if your business is eligible for general liability insurance. We make it our mission to assist you in finding the best combination of price and protection by creating a policy specifically for you and your business. We know that companies already face numerous challenges. Protecting the business that you have worked so hard on building should not have to be one of those challenges.
