ERISA

Employers face strict deadlines for disclosing Plan information to all eligible employees. And all Plan Sponsors and Plan Administrators with ERISA Plans must follow a strict fiduciary code of conduct. You may be at risk and not even know it. ERISA takes care of all the necessary communications, forms, and record keeping so employers don’t have to!

COBRA

When you lose job-based insurance, you may be offered COBRA continuation coverage by your former employer. COBRA administration is a complex process, governed by constantly changing rules and regulations. Staying on top of COBRA health care continuation is no easy task. This service promptly takes care of the necessary communications, notices, forms, and record-keeping.

Annual ERISA & ACA Notices

TASC’s ACA Employer Reporting service offering helps you determine if your company is an ALE, and whether your health coverage is (a) affordable and (b) of “minimum value” per current regulations. Applicable Large Employers (ALEs) must comply with the requirements under the Employer Shared Responsibility Mandate. We provide an easy-to-follow monthly spreadsheet to collect the information needed for your required report. Compiling the information as we go avoids a year-end rush and ensures your compliance with this often confusing requirement.

Annual Medicare Part D Notice

TASC’s Medicare Part D service provides the required notice(s) and instructions for distribution to Medicare Part D-eligible individuals, and instructions regarding how to report creditable or non-creditable coverage to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as required.

HIPAA (if FSA, HRA, or self-insured medical plan and managed by a third party)

TASC addresses HIPAA requirements by providing customers with various required documents, including an Overview Manual, a HIPAA Policy document, a Privacy Notice, Business Associate Agreement, Plan Amendment, and a Plan Sponsor Certification. Finally, vital information regarding employer responsibilities and training for staff that handle PHI are provided via pre-recorded PowerPoint presentations.
